the space between
This work explores the relationship between looking and seeing. Ever since I was a student, I have been fascinated by how the space between objects defines the boundaries of the subject. As a painter, I want to understand and uncover the relationship between the subject to its surroundings and play with its capacity to disrupt our expectations of reality.
